6. Video Forensics. With the proliferation of CCTV across the UK, video evidence has become one of the most important sources of evidence for commercial business and law enforcement. Obtaining the best possible results, even from what appears to be the worst source, is now possible. Enhancement and decompression is now a Forensic reality and can be undertaken on most analogue and digital sources. The source can be forensically analysed, compared, evaluated and reported on formally for presentation at Court.
7. Police Liaison. In the present climate of the Data Protection Act, formal Police Liaison can be difficult at best and impossible at times. Ex Police Officers with the contacts and knowledge of particular Forces can undertake and complete liaison on your behalf. (The correct forms of release and authority are required.)
8. Police Interviews. Formal interviews of Police Officers to obtain evidence of an occurrence or action can be arranged and undertaken. (It should be noted, however, that Police Officers are precluded from giving any evidence of Opinion.)
9. Accident Locus Examination. Any accident locus can be examined, photographed, measured and reported on to your instructions.
10. HGV Tachograph Examination. HGV Tachographs can be examined by experts to give a total 'Journey History'. Full report and statements supplied.
11. Forensic Vehicle Examination. Vehicle examinations conducted by appropriately trained and qualified personnel who will provide written reports and video evidence where appropriate. The personnel have many years' experience in both the Public and Private Sectors and are able to give sworn evidence in Court proceedings.
12. Accident Investigation. Closely allied to Forensic vehicle examination, the Accident Investigators are all fully trained (ex Police Officers) who have experience in all aspects of accident investigation. All operatives are accustomed to attending Court and being cross-examined as to their findings.
